Rule’s of 3C’s

1 / 2

For the vast majority of our lives, relationships are often initiated based on geographical proximity. Take a moment to reflect. Our initial bonds with childhood friends were formed due to our parents' decisions about the state, town, and neighborhood we would call home. In many ways, this determined and restricted the scope of our friendships and relationships. As we grew older, if we were fortunate enough to attend a university, our individual aspirations began to influence the people we chose to surround ourselves with and the friendships that blossomed.

Perhaps, during the course of our life journey, we relocated to a new town, state, or even a different country for the sake of our careers or, if you're similar to me, driven by a sense of adventure and a longing for change.

This is the moment when you stretch your boundaries. You extend invitations to people, places, and cultures that share an underlying commonality. Through this, you unearth a previously hidden part of yourself, buried deep within.

This newfound freedom allows you to attain clarity about your own identity, forge connections with individuals from whom you can learn, and become part of a community composed of diverse, multifaceted humans. This connection is held together by an invisible thread that defies verbal description.

"Rule of 3 C's": Clarity, Community, Connection.

Once I began purposefully and intentionally adding the Rule of 3 C's to my life, I started meeting people in an almost magical way. These individuals not only possessed colorful and fascinating stories to share but also offered views and perspectives that were new to me. We forged relationships founded on mutual respect for each other's life experiences, and we discovered how to enrich our own lives through the exchange of fleeting moments in time. It's almost as if it were kismet. What you will come to realize is that the universe was responding to intentional manifestation and visualization. Further experiences like this will continue to unfold, no matter where you go.

Each year, as I conduct my vision board workshop, I urge my students to incorporate the 3 C's into their vision boards. More than just words, we encourage them to include images of places they aspire to visit and the kinds of wholesome friendships and connections they wish to cultivate. As they do so, they are crafting a future memory through these visual representations. Creating your vision board is a source of empowerment for manifestation and visualization. It involves envisioning yourself already situated, living out your most fulfilling life.
